Tuesday, October 02, 2012

Cost: free, RSVP for complementary lunch

BeforeTerri Krake's life was abruptly changed, she was a new Deputy Sheriff for the New Orleans region. Like most young professionals she felt eager to prove who she was and what she could do. Terri is doing just that again every day as an ambassador for Can Do Canines, but in a different way than she expected on those New Orleans streets.

Join us for a lunchtime presentation (12:15) on October 2, 2012, in Bede Ballroomas we recognize Disability Employment Awareness Month and learn about an organization that has literally 'gone to the dogs' to give their human companionsreal opportunities forindependence.

RSVP to Laurie Wilson ( in advance if you would like to also join for the complementary lunch which begins at noon. Interested persons may choose to just attend the 12:15 program in the same location.
