All campus community faculty and staff are invited to attend the annual UMC Holiday Luncheon in Bede Ballroom, Sargeant Student Center, on Thursday, December 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This includes UMC, the NWROC, Extension, the NWRSDP, and the NW AHEC.
This year's theme is "Decorate Yourself," and faculty and staff are encouraged to dress in whatever way that means to them.
A complimentary meal of pasta with sauce and meat options, Italian vegetables, breadsticks, and assorted beverages will be served. Contact Melissa Parkin, Dining Services, with special dietary needs.
Attendees may bring an appropriate ornament to be placed on the new holiday tree that was purchased for the Student Center and Brown Dining room.
As in years past, attendees also are asked to bring a dessert to share.
Lastly, faculty and staff who are interested in participating in the "white elephant" gift exchange should bring a wrapped or bagged gently used "garage sale quality" item or inexpensive gift.
This event is optional; members of the campus community may attend/participate in those parts of the event in which they hold interest.
