Facutly and staff are invited to join a University-wide conversation about creating an easy-to-use interactive web tool for facilitating access to information and services that are of primary relevance and interest to YOU and the University community.
Why do we need YOU?
Imagine if Facebook and Twitter decided to give myU a makeover. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition builds a new home for One Stop. Dr. Phil spends some quality time with the Employee Benefits website. We want to imagine the unimaginable. And in the end our hope is to launch the best portal that university dollars and developers can create. Success will not be measured by exhausting our limited funds, but instead by our ability to define and lead with a universal vision of possibility. The project expects to have the new portal available in late 2014.
The event will start with a brief overview of the portal project and then move into World Cafe small group conversations about opportunities this project offers to the University community and strategies for being part of creating a new portal that delights the people who use it. RSVP by clicking hereWe'll use Google Hangouts and Twitter feeds to connect the multiple locations.
